Celebrity New Years eve Wishes 2017

It’s the last day of 2016. Stars are reflecting on the year past and looking ahead to 2017. See celebrity New Year’s Eve wishes below.

Kevin Hart posted a video message to fans on Instagram, saying, “I just want to take the time to thank you guys for everything you have done for me in 2016. The support you have given me is unreal. I don’t take it for granted. I love and appreciate you from the bottom of my heart. As we go into 2017, I want you guys to understand the sky’s the limit. What we want is what we can achieve. If you believe it, then it can happen. Dream big, and make those big things happen.” He wrote in the post’s caption, “A new year means new opportunities #LiveLoveAndLaugh #TheSkyIsTheLimit.”

Melissa Joan Hart wrote a lengthy message on Instagram looking back at all she accomplished this year. “It was a WONDERFUL 2016! A year of firsts and memorable moments,” she said in part, adding, “Bring on 2017 and all the new adventures it has in store for us….. #HappyNewYear.” Reese Witherspoon created a video slideshow of her year’s highlights, exclaiming, “Wow. 2016 was one for the books! Who’s ready to dive in to #2017!? #HappyNewYear.”

Lamar Odom shared a rare photo of himself with his two children, writing, “No better way to end 2016 than with my two favorite people #TheOdoms #RichSoil.” Meanwhile, Carey Hart was thinking about those heading out to ring in the New Year. He advised on Instagram, “Stay safe out there you rookie drinkers. Don’t need you making an ass of yourself as we start a fresh year #DrinkUpIts2017.”

On Twitter, Jennette McCurdy asked followers, “What are the three things you’re most grateful for that 2016 brought you?” Ozzy Osbourne said, “Have a Happy New Year’s Eve!” Sharing a “#bestnine2016” collage, Jesse Tyler Ferguson tweeted, “Happy NYE to all!” Sharon Stone commented, “Get ready everyone for an amazing 2017! #NewYear #peace #love.” And Robert Downey Jr. told fans, “Later, 2016. Everyone be safe and I’ll see you on the other side! #HappyNewYear.”

“Looking to 2017. Grateful that 2016 is over, but I am empowered by the tribe of people around me fighting for love and empathy & full hearts,” tweeted Beth Behrs. Zach Braff expressed, “Happy New Year To All. Love!!!” Madonna wrote, “Bring it on. 2017! The Year of No Fear! Express Yourself! Women’s Lives Matter! @RaisingMalawi.” Ashley Tisdale remarked, “This last year was all about growing and learning. Now I can’t wait to use all the knowledge I gained and kick 2017’s ass! Get ready…” With a photo of her face scrunched up in dismay, Naya Rivera wrote, “2016 in a nutshell…Come on 2017! Let’s do this sh*t!”

Jordin Sparks posted, “I’m ready for you, 2017, and I’m going for it. Bring it on!” She went on to add, “Best wishes & prayers of abundance & health for you & your family in 2017!” Rebecca Romijn shared a photo of herself costumed as a queen, quipping, “Ready for 2017 like…” John Stamos offered up a funny “Full House” gif showing his character Uncle Jesse being forced to smooch Joey’s Mr. Woodchuck. “Going in for that #nye2016 kiss like…,” he joked. Elizabeth Banks also sent out a gif of her Lego Movie alter-ego going “blah, blah blah.” The actress cracked, “This is what it’s like meeting a ton of new people for #NYE. I think I’m ready for #2017.”

“Hope everyone has a lovely night tonight! Thank you to absolutely every person that has been there for me and supported me this year,” tweeted Louis Tomlinson, adding, “Excited for what 2017 brings! Thank you again for helping me do what I love. Love you all x.” Paula Abdul simply wished, “HAPPY NEW YEAR’S EVE!!! #HNY2017.” Ricky Gervais joked, “Like all international mega star celebrity millionaires around the world, I am currently watching Bullseye on Challenge TV. Happy New Year!”

Bob Saget also showed some humor, cracking, “Wishing you all a Happy Healthy New Year. In 2017, may you never soil your pants.” Anna Kendrick quipped, “New Year’s Eve: your annual reminder that fun isn’t always fun.” Pictured with a Marvel-themed chess set, Brie Larson announced, “Alright 2017, game on.” LL Cool J, who also shared his “#2016BestNine,” wrote, Have a Blessed and prosperous 2017!!!!” Kris Jenner posted a photo collage, too, writing, “What a year it’s been!! Wishing everyone a safe and happy New Year’s Eve and a wonderful New Year!! #Heresto2017 #NewYearsEve #HappyNewYear.”

Meanwhile, Josh Gad fretted, “When you realize that 2016 is almost done but 2017 may not be much better.” Albert Brooks admitted, “My New Year’s wish to everyone is that I pray 2017 doesn’t make us say “I miss 2016.” Chris Evans stated, “Happy New Years Eve!! I know 2016 was full of ups and downs, but remember that underneath it all, love is our constant. It’s what unites us.” And Snooki urged, “Let’s take a moment to be grateful for the good things that happened this year.”
