Gwen Stefani co-hosted the 2016 “New Year’s Eve With Carson Daly” on Thursday. Check out the video below!
Stefani and Daly, of course, are no strangers to working together. The stars have completed two seasons together on “The Voice,” the second of which just ended earlier this month. This marks the first time, however, that Stefani has served as one of the emcees for Daly’s annual year-end broadcast.
In addition to her co-hosting duties, Stefani took the stage for a powerful performance of “Used To Love You.” As Gossip Cop has reported, the No Doubt front woman released the solo song in October, and it’s widely believed to be about her split from Gavin Rossdale. The track, which is the first single from Stefani’s upcoming album, has peaked at number 11 on the Billboard Adult Top 40 chart.
Stefani is obviously finishing 2015 in a much different place than where she started. The singer entered the year seemingly happily wed to Rossdale and living life with their three sons. In August, however, the former couple announced they were getting divorced after nearly 13 years of marriage.
Though heartbroken, Stefani has since moved on with Blake Shelton, her colleague on “The Voice.” The two have been inseparable since the romance began in early November, leading Gossip Cop to deem them one of the year’s hottest new couples.
